Nabarangpur: A public hearing camp was organized today at the Tenthulikhunti Panchayat Samiti meeting hall under the joint chairmanship of Nabarangpur District Collector Dr. Shubhankar Mahapatra and Additional SP Mihir Kumar Panda. The camp was attended by the Deputy Collector of Nabarangpur, Prakash Kumar Mishra, Block Chairman Rajendra Bisoyi, BDO Manoj Kumar Panigrahi, and other district-level departmental officers. A total of 45 applicants submitted their complaints at the public hearing camp. Among them, 37 were individual grievances, and 8 were related to village or community issues. Immediate solutions were provided to 4 complaints. Additionally, 4 persons with disabilities were given wheelchairs, and 1 person with hearing impairment was provided with a hearing aid. After the public hearing, the District Collector visited the government assistance and subsidy-supported farm of a chicken farmer in Sapala village in the Tenthulikhunti block, who had received a 2000-liter capacity boiler farm.
