Birnabandh Hosts Grand Chaitra Purnima Festival, Drawing Devotees from Across the Region

Jharsuguda– The 25th Annual Chaitra Purnima Mahasamaroh was celebrated at Birnabandh village in the Pandari branch of the Lakhanpur block in Jharsuguda district. On this occasion, Akshay Sahu, the Vice President of the District Council, participated as a distinguished guest, along with honored guests such as Sunari Sarpanch Nandini Sahu, Pandari Sarpanch Subasini Sahu, and Remenda Sarpanch Sushant Nayak. Regional chairpersons, editors, and members from various centers were also present, including Devendra Behera, President of the Nishul Odisha Kaibarb Samaj, Bishnu Charan Behera, Vice President, Jharsuguda Kaibarb Samaj President Dhanurjya Seth, and editor Chaitanya Tansena.

The event was chaired by Narendra Beria, the permanent chairperson, who oversaw the functioning of the meeting. During the event, scientific rituals were conducted, including the worship of Shri Ram’s Paduka and Ma Samaleshwari, with cooperation from Narendra Nayak, Yogendra Badhei, and Duleswar Pande. Padmalocan Pande, the branch editor, informed that the worship would be performed in the coming year as usual and thanked all the members who attended the meeting.
