Bhubaneswar, April. 24: The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban 2.0 (UrbanBandhu) aims to provide permanent (pucca) houses to 90percent of urban families by 2029.
Under this scheme:Special assistance will be given to economically weaker sections (EWS).
For landless citizens, around 50 acres of government land will be identified every year.
This initiative is designed to help urban poor and landless families achieve their dream of owning a permanent house, ensuring better living conditions and social security.
