Orange Alert Issued for Three Districts Amid Weather Warnings

Bhubaneswar:  Heavy Rain Likely Across Odisha  An alert has been issued for thunderstorms with lightning and heavy to very heavy rainfall in various parts of the state.  Orange Alert has been issued today for heavy to very heavy rainfall.  Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, and Balas ore districts are expected to receive intense rainfall.  Wind speeds in these 3 districts may reach 30 to 40 km/h. A Yellow Alert has been issued for 9 districts due to the possibility of heavy rainfall. Fishermen are advised not to venture into the sea
