HK Desk 4th February 2025 Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has personally been conducting grievance hearings. The program, which started on July 1 last year, has been a success, resolving 81% of the complaints received so far.
Out of 8,031 grievance petitions submitted during the past seven sessions, 6,545 cases have been resolved. The resolution rates for each session were:
- First session: 90%
- Second session: 88%
- Third session: 86%
- Fourth session: 84%
- Fifth session: 83%
- Sixth session: 54%
- Seventh session: 47%
- Pending cases are still under process.
During today’s hearing, apart from approving ₹5 lakh for Pratyusha Giri’s treatment, the Chief Minister also arranged for medical treatment for Alok Kalashe from Balangir. He reiterated, “The grievance hearing program is achieving its objective of delivering justice to people.”
