Bhubaneswar: Officers and employees will not be allowed to leave the office before 5:30 PM. A minimum of 7.5 hours of attendance per day in the office has been made mandatory. Any deviation from this rule will lead to disciplinary action. Employees have been strictly instructed to reach the office by 9:00 AM. This directive has been issued by the Rural Development Department. If an employee’s attendance time is less than 7 hours, it will be counted as a half-day. If attendance time is less than 4 hours, it will be considered a full day’s leave, as per the notice.
