Land Identification Process for New Bus Stand Completed in Papadahandi

Papadahandi: A decision has been made to establish a permanent bus stand in Champaban, Papadahandi, in the Nabarangpur district. The new bus stand will be constructed on a 1-hectare plot of land with an investment of 10 crore rupees. The process of identifying the land was completed on Tuesday.

The local Tahsildar Tapan Kumar Nayak, Block Development Officer Sushant Kumar Behera, Ranger Gopinath Sahu, Supervisor, RI Arjun Majhi, and DTM Nayak were present during the identification process.

According to information, Papadahandi has not had a permanent bus stand for a long time, and a temporary bus stand has been operating near the four-way road. There has been a long-standing demand for a permanent bus stand, but due to delays in the land identification process, the construction could not proceed earlier. After the forest department identified the land, the possibility of constructing the bus stand has now been confirmed.
