Chief Minister Addresses Public Grievances in Nabarangpur and Malkangiri

Nabarangpur: April 21st, 2021, will be remembered in Odisha’s history as a landmark day. On this auspicious day, for the first time, the Chief Minister of Odisha, Mohan Charan Majhi, went outside the state capital Bhubaneswar to hear the grievances of the general public. The Chief Minister expressed readiness to address the issues raised during the grievance hearing held in Sambalpur, a move that is seen as a positive step for the state and its citizens. Nabarangpur MP, Mr. Balabhadra Majhi, praised the state government for this initiative.

In his response, Mr. Majhi said that no Chief Minister had ever gone outside to hear the public grievances until now. He stated that today, the Chief Minister of Odisha had taken the step of coming out of the state capital to listen to the public’s concerns. He added that people will no longer need to go to the government; instead, the government will go to the people to collect grievance letters.

He emphasized that this initiative will not be limited to just one district. In the coming days, the Chief Minister will visit the farthest districts, including his own constituency, Nabarangpur, and Malkangiri, to hear the public’s grievances, as hoped by the MP.
