Nimapada, The Charichhak Journalists’ Association has strongly condemned the terrorist attack that occurred in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. On this occasion, a meeting was held at the association’s office under the chairmanship of the association’s advisor, Professor Gopinath Kar.
In this meeting, Dr. Santosh Mitra, Kahnu Charan Behera, Panchanan Sahu, Ban Bihari Dash, Krishna Chandra Raut, An Patra, along with the association president Prafulla Kumar Kar, editor Basanti Das, Purna Chandra Mahapatra, Santosh Dash, Prafulla Sahu, Bijay Behera, Prashanu Sahu, and others participated.
They strongly condemned the terrorist attack and called upon all citizens of the country to fully support any decision taken by the Central Government in response to the incident.
During the meeting, a one-minute silent prayer was observed for the 26 tourists who lost their lives in the attack.
