Bhubaneswar, April. 27: To increase women’s participation in the transport sector, the government has introduced the Atmanirbhar Mahila (Ama Subahak) Scheme. Under this scheme, women drivers are provided with interest-free bank loans of up to Rs10 lakh, backed by a government guarantee, to purchase cars.
