As the grand Rath Yatra festival approaches, the Fire Services Department has entered the final phase of its preparations to ensure a safe and smooth celebration. Special emphasis has been placed on strengthening emergency response systems and deploying personnel at key locations.
In view of the large influx of devotees and tourists expected in Puri, additional fire and rescue teams will be stationed near the beach and crowded areas. Lifeguards and rescue equipment will also be kept on standby to prevent any untoward incidents along the seashore.
Authorities have urged visitors to follow safety guidelines and cooperate with officials for a secure and hassle-free festival experience. The administration is working round the clock to ensure the safety of pilgrims, tourists, and local residents during the event.
