Kotpad: A district-level joint public hearing camp was held on the premises of the Kotpad Panchayat Samiti office in Koraput district.
The camp was led by Koraput District Collector V.Kiririvasan. During the hearing, a total of 120 complaints were submitted, which included 25 individual grievances and 95 group grievances.
Most of the complaints were related to issues such as delays and problems in Aadhaar card correction, ration card registration and updates, as well as road and drinking water facilities.
After listening to the grievances, especially concerning the drinking water problems, the Collector instructed concerned departmental officials to take necessary action and resolve the issues promptly.
Among others present at the camp were Jaypur Sub-Collector Akbharam Shasya Reng, all district-level officers, and officials from various block-level departments of the district.
