Papadahandi: As per the directive of the State Government’s Mass Education Department, the seventh day of Odia Paksha observance was marked today with the program “Distribution Day of Chhabila Madhu Barnabodha”. Following this program, the Papadahandi Cluster Education Office distributed Odia Chhabila Madhu Barnabodha books to children in all schools under the Papadahandi Cluster.
The chief guest, Mr. Sushant Kumar Behera, Vice-Chairman of Papadahandi Panchayat Samiti, along with Mr. Samarendra Bhoumik, Cluster Education Officer; Mr. Chandrasekhar Majhi, Sarpanch of Papadahandi Gram Panchayat; and Mr. Manoj Kumar Majhi, Regional Resource Center Coordinator, visited various schools including:
Block Colony Primary School, Papadahandi
Government High School, Papadahandi
Harijan Sahi Government Primary School, Papadahandi
Ashram School, Dalaiguda
Government Primary Schools in Majhiguda, Dokribeda, Miriguda, Kaduguda, and Dishariguda
They personally handed over the Chhabila Madhu Barnabodha Odia books to students. This created a sense of joy and enthusiasm among the children.
The program also saw participation from parents, School Management Committee members, teachers, and local villagers, who praised the government’s initiative and appreciated the efforts to promote the Odia language.
