Early detection and treatment can prevent disability and complications. The day promotes compassion and inclusion for those affected. Many organizations work to provide free treatment and support. Leprosy is curable with multidrug therapy (MDT). Education and awareness are key to eradicating discrimination. Let us work together to create a leprosy-free world with dignity for all.
