Bhubaneswar, 24th Oct 2025: The Department of School and Mass Education has issued a letter to all District Education Officers, instructing that under the PM Poshan and MMPY schemes, students who do not consume eggs should be provided fruits on the days when eggs are served. The letter also advises that no problems or negative publicity should arise in connection with this matter.
