Bhubaneswar, Nov 4 (UDN): Under the Mukhyamantri Baristha Nagarika Tirtha Yatra Yojana (Chief Minister’s Senior Citizen Pilgrimage Scheme), former Minister Prithiviraj Harichandan (@PrithivirajBJP) flagged off the sixth Varanasi–Ayodhya pilgrimage train of the current financial year.
A total of 775 pilgrims, along with 25 officials and accompanying support personnel to assist them and ensure their well-being during the journey, embarked on the religious pilgrimage. The initiative aims to provide senior citizens with an opportunity to visit important religious destinations and undertake a comfortable pilgrimage with necessary assistance.
