Bhubaneswar, Nov 4 (UDN): The Chairperson of the Odisha State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (OSCPCR), Smt. Babita Patra, formally invited Odisha Minister Shri Suryabanshi Suraj to attend the award distribution ceremony on the first day of the two-day Foundation Day celebration of the OSCPCR, Government of Odisha, scheduled to be held in November. She personally handed over the invitation letter to the Minister and expressed her gratitude for his proposed participation as the Chief Guest at the prestigious occasion.
