Bhubaneswar, May 04:Odisha is set to witness a major boost in electric vehicle infrastructure, with plans to establish 190 EV charging stations across six key cities.
The charging stations will be set up in:
Angul
Balasore
Bhubaneswar
Cuttack
Kalinganagar
Puri
This initiative marks a significant step towards expanding EV infrastructure in the state. Once implemented, it will help build a strong EV ecosystem, encourage the adoption of electric vehicles, and promote environmentally friendly transportation.
The move is expected to reduce carbon emissions and support Odisha’s transition towards sustainable and green mobility solutions.
