Bhubaneswar: Keeping in view the heatwave conditions, the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Development Department, Government of Odisha, has declared holidays for all schools and hostels under its jurisdiction. Instructions have been issued to hand over the children safely to their parents or guardians.
