Bhubaneswar,May 26: After chairing a review meeting at Maharaja Krushna Chandra Gajapati Medical College and Hospital, Mukesh Mahaling held detailed discussions regarding the healthcare system. He advised officials to focus on medical startups and innovation to save lives and bring new dimensions to healthcare services.
A large number of people have faith and trust in this medical college and hospital. Giving importance to this trust, the government is prioritizing its development. He instructed officials to pay special attention to ensuring that the public receives proper healthcare services.
Under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the leadership of Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, projects worth ₹1,980 crore have been planned for its development. The double-engine government is committed to transforming MKCG into a model medical college in the coming days.
The meeting was attended by Pratap Nayak, K. Anil Kumar, the District Collector, DMET officials, and the Dean and Superintendent of the medical college.
