Malkangiri:Dec, 29: With the support of the State Sports Department, the Youth Festival was organized at Kalinga Stadium from December 24 to 26, where Vidisha Mahanti, a student of Malkangiri Model Degree College, secured first place in the state-level oratory competition. Following this, Vidisha will participate in the national-level Youth Festival to be held in New Delhi.
