Tentulikhunti: A Joint Grievance Hearing Meeting was held in the conference hall of the Tentulikhunti Panchayat Samiti premises in Nabarangpur district. The meeting was chaired by Nabarangpur District Collector Dr. Shubankar Mohapatra, with the presence of district-level and block-level officials.
Despite continuous light rain throughout the day, residents from various corners of the block gathered at the venue to submit their grievances, both individual and collective, in hopes of resolution.
A total of 31 issues were heard during the session.
Among the key issues raised:
The deplorable condition of roads in Bhatara Sahi and Brahman Street in Tentulikhunti.
The 3-kilometer road stretch from Phataghuda to Khuntiaguda, which has remained in poor condition for years despite repeated complaints.
During monsoon, transportation becomes completely disrupted due to the bad condition of these roads.
Several requests were made for immediate road construction and repair.
As part of the grievance camp, four persons with disabilities were provided with wheelchairs by the District Collector.
