Nabarangpur:Aug 1 [UDN}:A Joint Public Grievance Hearing Camp was organized today at the Dabugam Block Conference Hall under the joint chairmanship of District Collector Dr. Maheshwar Swain and Superintendent of Police Kashyap Parth Jagadish.
The camp was attended by Additional District Magistrate (General) Dr. Pramod Kumar Prusti, Divisional Forest Officer Udayan Subuddhi, Sub-Collector Prakash Kumar Mishra, along with other district-level and block-level officials. The officers listened to the grievances and concerns raised by members of the public.
A total of 23 grievances were received during the hearing, including 16 individual complaints and 7 collective or village-level issues.
Out of the total complaints, 2 grievances were resolved on the spot, while one applicant was sanctioned financial assistance from the Red Cross Fund. The remaining 21 grievances were registered on the Public Grievance Portal and forwarded to the respective departments for resolution within the stipulated time frame.
On the occasion, the District Collector instructed all concerned officials to ensure the speedy, transparent, and quality disposal of public grievances and to resolve all pending cases within the prescribed deadline.
