Holi Celebrations in Cuttack to Conclude Between 12 PM and 1 PM

Cuttack: 22 platoons of police will be deploed in Cuttack city for Holi security. Cuttack DCP Rishikesh Khilari provided this information. Strict action will be taken against those playing Holi under the influence of alcohol. Public advised to complete Holi celebrations between 12 PM and 1 PM .
