Jeypore 14th February 2025: Renowned artist from Koraput district, Gupteswar Panigrahi, has been honored at the Odisha Folk Art Festival 2025. The three-day festival, held in Bonai, Sundargarh district, recognized Panigrahi with a felicitation and citation, presented by MLA Laxman Munda.
The event was graced by chief guest BDO Divyashankar Jayapuria, Mahasangha President Chaitanya Paik, satirical poet Devendra Sahu, international sportsperson Santosh Kumar Pradhan, social worker Shrikant Panda, Odissi dance guru Sanatan Nayak, dance guru Bijay Nayak, and artist Ramesh Suna, among others.
The program was inaugurated by Veer Keshari Indradev. Artists from 30 districts showcased their talents at the festival. Executive President Padmacharan Acharya introduced the guests and highlighted the significance of the event.
