Grand Spiritual Atmosphere Prevails as Shri Shri Chabish Prahar Akhanda Namayajna Celebrated with Devotion and Enthusiasm at Khuntamal

Jharsuguda, May 11:A grand Shri Shri Chabish Prahar Akhanda Namayajna was successfully organised at Khuntamal village under Laikera block of Jharsuguda district.
The religious event was conducted with the cooperation of the villagers of Khuntamal. Surendra Sahu and his wife, along with Om Priya Sahu, took responsibility for organising the Namayajna. Ramakanta Dash, Umakanta Dash, and Kuna Das performed the rituals and worship as priests.
As part of the programme, a grand ceremonial Kalash procession was taken out on Sunday evening during the auspicious Godhuli Lagna. Water was brought from the village pond and installed at the Yajna Mandap. The rituals began with the auspicious Adhibasa ceremony, followed by the commencement of the chanting on Monday. On Tuesday and Wednesday, 56 varieties of offerings (Chhappan Bhog) were offered to Lord Mahaprabhu.
On Thursday, the programme concluded with the completion of the chanting ceremony, Nagar Parikrama (procession around the village), Dadhibhanda Bhanjana ritual, distribution of prasad at Anand Bazaar, and farewell to the Mahants. Gulbadan Das prepared the 56 Bhog and Mahaprasad.
Committee president Ghanshyam Paule, secretary Rupananda Behera, and treasurer Benudhar Sahu carried out their responsibilities efficiently. The entire event was smoothly managed under the direct supervision of Sarpanch Sushanta Sahu.
Several Sankirtan groups from Khuntamal, Tamparkela, Ghusha, Babu Chipidihi, Gobindpur, Rengali, Patrapali, Gurlahal, Raghadbahal, Satkama, Dandjamira, Kolabira, Talsara, Binjipali, Hutuma, Banjaribahal, Jamankira, Tulundi and nearby areas participated in the programme.
Many distinguished guests attended the event, and thousands of devotees gathered for the Namayajna. The villagers of Khuntamal extended complete support for the successful organisation of the religious ceremony.
