Malkangiri, May 28: Gopal Krishna Rath has been appointed as the Chairman of the district CWC (Child Welfare Committee) in Malkangiri district.
Along with him, Sunakar Pal, Chhabina Behera, and Horesh Chandra Behera have been given responsibilities as committee members.
Earlier, Sanjukta Pradhan was serving as the Chairperson.
On Friday, the newly appointed Chairman Gopal Krishna Rath, along with Additional District Magistrate Somanath Pradhan, District Child Protection Officer Narayan Das, and other members, were present at the office of the Additional District Magistrate.
It has been stated that the new committee will perform effectively in serving the people in the coming days.
