Delhi: Industrialist and BJP leader Dilip Ray met Prime Minister Narendra Modi. According to sources, Dilip Ray presented three demands to the Prime Minister. These include the establishment of a railway division in Rourkela, the expedited expansion of the Rourkela Steel Plant, and the development and expansion of Rourkela Airport.
