Upon reaching the incident site, the police found an identity card and a pocket diary containing mobile numbers of some people from Kurkuti village in Binod’s bag. After contacting those numbers, they informed the family about the incident. The family was shocked upon learning the news.

Family Requests Police Assistance to Bring the Body

The family members and villagers reached the Vaipariguda police station to request the authorities to help bring Binod’s body back to the village. Binod’s wife, who is differently-abled, and his two children survive him. Since the family is poor and bringing the body from far-off Maharashtra would be difficult, they have appealed to the police for assistance in the matter.
