Cyclonic Circulation Likely Over Northwest Bay of Bengal by August 28, Low-Pressure Area May Form by August 29–30, Heavy Rain Forecast for Odisha

Bhubaneswar,  Aug 28 [UDN}:By the evening of August 28, a cyclonic circulation is likely to form over the northwest Bay of Bengal. It may intensify into a low-pressure area by August 29 or 30. Under its influence, several districts of northern and coastal Odisha are likely to experience heavy to very heavy rainfall from August 27 onward.
