Controversy Erupts Over Central School Inauguration Delay

Pur: The inauguration of the Central School has been delayed. The event, initially scheduled for 99th, was canceled, and no information has been provided about the next steps. Parents who had hoped to enroll their children for the current academic year are now uncertain. With the process of name registration having already begun in government and private schools, their concerns are increasing.

After years of demand, the Central School is finally being opened in the government’s boys’ school building. All preparations have been completed, and the inauguration was originally planned for the 22nd. However, due to unforeseen reasons, the inauguration ceremony has been canceled, and the related work for the event has been postponed.

There has been no official information regarding the new inauguration date. Parents are now anxious about how the enrollment process will proceed, especially since the Central School website does not yet list Jeypore as a location. If the process continues, online and offline applications for name registration will be accepted. Clear information on this matter is expected soon.

It is expected that name registration will start from the first to fifth grades in the current academic year. Each class will have 40 seats available. Priority will be given to children of employees working in various government offices. Following this, employees of central corporations, government-associated banks, and other offices will have the opportunity to enroll their children. Only after this will the general public be able to register their children.

If the number of applications exceeds available seats, a lottery system will be implemented for seat allocation.
