Bhubaneswar: Congress leaders and workers gathered at Ram Mandir Square in Bhubaneswar before setting out. A crowd of Congress workers also assembled at Master Canteen. The Congress rally will proceed from in front of Ram Mandir towards the Assembly. A police presence has been deployed across the capital.
