Bhubaneswar, April 17: The Central Board of Secondary Education has declared the Class 10 examination results.
Overall pass percentage in the country stands at 93.70%, while in the state it is 93.66%.
Compared to last year, the pass rate has increased by 4%.
Government schools have outperformed private schools.
Girls have achieved a higher pass percentage than boys.
Around 55,000 students scored above 95% marks.
Among regions, Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam recorded the highest pass percentages.
Among states, Tamil Nadu has the highest pass rate.
Tina Rath from Puri scored a perfect 500 out of 500 marks.
