   ▪️New bridge over the Kathajodi River at a cost of ₹158 crore
   ▪️Uniform 5% stamp duty on apartment registration
   ▪️Auto-appeal system introduced; automatic appeal if services are not delivered on time
   ▪️Odisha State Data Policy 2.0 approved to strengthen digital governance
   ▪️New regulations in health, education, and transport sectors to improve services and safety
