Bhubaneswar, March, 14: The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) has issued a whip for the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections.
Opposition Chief Whip Pramila Mallik has issued a three-line whip.
The whip directs that no MLA should leave Bhubaneswar from March 13 to March 16.
