Bhubaneswar, April 13: Regarding the metro rail project, Cuttack MP Bhartruhari Mahtab stated that metro rail is a necessity for us, but not our top priority. He said that the metro rail project can only be implemented through joint cooperation between the central and state governments. It was not possible for the state government alone to execute such a project. He further expressed confidence that the metro rail project will definitely be realized in the future.
