West Bengal, May 29: A new announcement has been made in West Bengal regarding rice-and-fish meals at just ₹5. The government has announced that these ₹5 meals will be provided through 400 special canteens.
Under the Annapurna scheme, eligible women will receive ₹3,000 per month from the 27th onward. It was also stated that no liquor counters will be allowed within a 1-kilometre radius of educational institutions, said Suvendu Adhikari.
