New Delhi, May 30:  At the National Kharif Conference held in New Delhi, Deputy Chief Minister Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo participated and represented the state.

In the presence of Union Minister for Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Shivraj Singh Chouhan, he discussed Odisha’s initiatives related to digital agriculture and sustainable agricultural reforms.

During the conference, he also placed several important demands and proposals before the Central Government for the development of the agriculture sector and the welfare of farmers in the state.

The discussions focused on improving agricultural productivity, strengthening farmer support systems, and promoting the use of technology-driven farming practices across Odisha.
