Bhubaneswar, March, 18: After going to the State Assembly, the two victorious BJP Assembly candidates — Manmohan Samal and Sujit Kumar — received their certificates from the Returning Officer.
Along with them, BJP-supported candidate Dilip Ray and BJD candidate Santanu Kumar Mishra also received their certificates.
