2300 Beneficiaries Receive Ayushman Cards as Ayushman Bharat Scheme is Launched in Bandaghati

Khyirput: The Ayushman Bharat Scheme has been launched in Bandaghati. In the first phase, Ayushman cards were distributed to 2300 beneficiaries.

Sidhartha Shankar Rath, Member of Parliament, and Nir Raju, MLA, participated in the event. Dr. Sambit Kumar Das, the health officer of the Khyirput health center, organized the event. Health Director Amrendra Mahanti, Koraput Regional Coordinator of UNICEF, Nihar Ranjan Swaim, were present to oversee the event. Card distribution ceremonies were held in Gobindapali, Podaghat, and Mudulipada in Khyirput block. Under the Khyirput health center, 13 sub-centers operate in the region. A total of 94111 cards were distributed in Khyirput, 1417 in Kumarput, 848 in Mudulipada, 9400 in Andrahala, 747 in Rasbeda, 91174 in Podaghat, 1348 in Pusupalli, 1350 in Kadamguda, 1072 in Gobindapali, 623 in Kusumpur, 1023 in Madkapadar, and 750 cards in Baddural.

On this occasion, Anand Charky, a permanent resident of Khyirput, was honored.

The Health Department provided health cards to beneficiaries in Mudulipada and Andrahala. The chief guest at the event was former MLA Dambaru Sisa, and Ashok, BJP District President, also attended the ceremony.
