Nabarangpur The Matric Examination will start on the 19th. To prepare the students for this examination, a mock test has been conducted in all schools of the district starting from Tuesday. The exam began simultaneously in all the schools.
Matric Exam from the 21st
The District Education Officer (DEO) advised headteachers to ensure the participation of absent students in the mock test and to focus on how these students can confidently appear for the board examination. The DEO emphasized ensuring 100% student attendance and advised teachers to identify the students’ weaknesses and improve their writing skills accordingly.
Additional District Education Officer (ADEO) Reshamlal Nayak and Block Education Officer (BEO) supervised the examination. The exam was conducted under the management of Patnaik, with District Science Inspector Chittaranjan overseeing the process.
A total of 14,531 students from 185 schools had registered. On Tuesday morning, the Literature exam was held, followed by the Science exam in the afternoon.
13,166 students appeared for the exam.
1,365 students were absent.
The DEO, Chhatrapati Sahu, visited Mahabhairebi High School, Chaya High School, Tanda High School, Jambuguda High School, Kangra High School, and Pujariguda High School for inspection.
