1,000 Nepalese Students Return to KIIT Campus to Resume Studies

Bhubaneswar, The KIIT University administration has taken extensive measures to restore normalcy on campus. As a result, Nepalese students have started returning.

So far, around 9,000 students have returned to the hostels, and now, the remaining 1,000 students are also coming back.

KIIT authorities have expressed gratitude to the Odisha Government, the Government of India, the Ministry of External Affairs, the Nepal Embassy in New Delhi, and the Nepal Government for their support in bringing Nepalese students back to the campus.

Upon their arrival, KIIT has implemented comprehensive measures to ensure their safety and uninterrupted academic activities.

Notably, Nepalese students have resumed their classes and are actively participating in academic schedules. Regular classes are continuing smoothly without any disruptions, and students are fully engaged in their coursework and campus activities.

To facilitate their return, KIIT authorities maintained continuous discussions with the Nepal Embassy, students, and their guardians. The administration has also assured that all necessary security and support will be provided for the students on campus.
