Bhubaneswar,May 29: Under the chairmanship of Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi, the State Cabinet meeting approved the revised cost estimate proposal for the “proposed Grid Sub-Station Project at Paradip” to further accelerate the pace of Odisha’s development.
This important decision is expected to strengthen the state’s power infrastructure and ensure reliable electricity supply in the Paradip and Kendrapara PCPIR (Petroleum, Chemicals and Petrochemicals Investment Region) areas.
The project will help meet the growing power demand of the region while also enhancing the transmission network by connecting major industrial hubs. With improved electricity transmission facilities, industrial growth and economic activities in the region are expected to receive a major boost.
The initiative reflects the Odisha Government’s commitment towards infrastructure development, industrial expansion, and uninterrupted power supply for sustainable growth across the state.
