Bhubaneswar, May 22: Dr. Mukesh Mahaling attended the annual festival “ZENOVA-2026” organized by the Students’ Union of Bhima Bhoi Medical College and Hospital, Balangir. On the occasion of the annual celebration, he extended his best wishes to the faculty members and students of the college.
He stated that postgraduate (PG) courses in Pediatrics, General Surgery, and Orthopedic Surgery have been introduced in Bhima Bhoi Medical College. Along with this, arrangements have been made for MBBS courses, PG courses, Dental and Dental PG courses, as well as Nursing courses, with the aim of giving this medical college a new direction. The government is committed to bringing a revolutionary change in medical education under the leadership of the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi at the Centre and the Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi in the state.
He further expressed hope and confidence that students from this medical college will receive quality education and, in the future, provide better and improved healthcare services to the people of Odisha as well as across India.
