Delhi, Dec, 08:  Former Union Minister Sushma Swaraj’s husband, Swaraj Kaushal, has passed away. He died in Delhi at the age of 73; his last rites will be performed shortly. At just 37 years of age, he served as the Governor of Mizoram from 1990 to 1993. He was a former BJP MP and a senior advocate of the Supreme Court.
