New Delhi, Abinash Kumar, a 2023 batch IAS officer of the West Bengal cadre, has been transferred to the Odisha cadre. He is married to Pranita Das, an IAS officer of the Odisha cadre from the same batch (2023).
As per the order issued by the Principal Bench of the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) in Delhi on January 22, 2025, the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) has issued a notification confirming his transfer to the Odisha cadre.
