Dabugam 12th Aug 2025: A welder has died after falling from above a drain in front of the Dabugam Block office.
According to reports, Amjad Khan from Kanpur city in Uttar Pradesh had been living in the Dabugam Block headquarters area for over five years, running a small gas welding shop in front of the block office to support his family.
Around 5 p.m., he was sitting on the drain in front of his shop when he suddenly fell from above into it and lost consciousness. Later, a Dabugam fire service vehicle arrived, took him to the Dabugam Community Health Centre, and admitted him there. After examination, the doctor declared him dead.
Upon hearing the news, members of the Muslim community from Dabugam and Papdahandi reached the Dabugam hospital and arranged to send the body to Kanpur in a private ambulance.
