Bhubaneswar, Dec, 20: The Secretary of the School and Mass Education Department, N. Thirumala Naik, has emphasized the importance of hearing and resolving pending grievances in the department. Henceforth, the Secretary will hold grievance hearings every Monday at 10:30 a.m. in the departmental conferenc e hall. Similarly, all directorates under the department will also conduct grievance hearings every Monday. This information was announced today by the General Administration Department.
