Mumbai,March, 7: The wedding of cricketer Arjun Tendulkar, son of master blaster Sachin Tendulkar, and Sania Chandok was solemnized on Thursday.
The ceremony took place at the luxurious five-star St. Regis Hotel in Mumbai, in the presence of family members and a few close relatives and friends.
The couple had gotten engaged in August last year.
A grand reception was held after the wedding, attended by many distinguished personalities from the fields of cricket, Bollywood, and other sectors.
Among the guests present were industrialist Mukesh Ambani and his family; Sachin’s former teammate Rahul Dravid with his wife Vijeta; Anil Kumble with his wife Chetana; Yuvraj Singh; Indian team head coach Gautam Gambhir; chief selector Ajit Agarkar; ICC chairman Jay Shah; former captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni; former all-rounder Irfan Pathan; Ajinkya Rahane; actor Shah Rukh Khan with his wife Gauri Khan; Abhishek Bachchan with his wife Aishwarya Rai; Aamir Khan; former fast bowler Zaheer Khan with his wife Sagarika; cricketer and Arjun’s childhood friend Prithvi Shaw, along with a cabinet minister from Maharashtra and several other notable personalities.
