Papadahandi, A pledge meeting under the theme “Viksit Odisha 2036, Viksit Bharat 2047” was organized by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Papadahandi Mandal at Sorisapadar village near Papadahandi.
The event highlighted the achievements of the central government over the past 11 years and the Odisha state government in its first year, aiming to spread awareness among the public and share how citizens can continue to benefit from ongoing initiatives.
In today’s meeting, former MP Shri Parshuram Majhi administered the pledge, declaring:
> “As a responsible citizen of India, I pledge to work with complete dedication—through my body, mind, wealth, and efforts—towards the realization of the goals of Viksit Odisha 2036 and Viksit Bharat 2047.”

Over 100 party workers and activists were present at the gathering.
On this occasion, 50 fruit-bearing and medicinal saplings were planted by the party workers and members in the premises of an under-construction health center, marking the initiative with a contribution to environmental sustainability.
